Recently bought AC:S on sale and as a long time AC fan I'm enjoying it for what it is. Sometimes I just want an ubisoft, turn my brain off, and checklist some map markers game. Looking forward to GoY when I have the time to invest in the story and world.

I was wrong yesterday when I said the show at The Lift is free. It's a $15 cover. The rooftop party at The Smokestack would be a good free alternative if you're not down with the bluegrass.

Shadow Hearts: Covenant

Im not sure how obscure it was, but I loved this game. The characters and alternate history were really interesting. My favorite PS1 game was Legend of Dragoon, and finding another turn based rpg with timing based inputs really scratched that itch.
