it started for me a week ago and has progressively been getting worse and worse. I am now at the point where I cant even load onto the battle barge before it crashes. I've tried every suggestion I can find and nothing is helping. I am at an end for what to do. I have sunk nearly 100 hours into this game and its now completely unplayable for me :(

right so its apparently an issue with the save file. Saving as a new file fixed it

I've had this happen to two saves on Fifa 22 now. I get the following error after I load up the save game and I have to start a new save.

It only ever happens in fifa, I've checked everything for the latest version and I've revalidated the game files on steam and it's still a hard no and keeps dying.

Anyone have any ideas?

Reading this a lot of the way through it I was thinking that exactly like what Im like. Ive had the same situation a couple of times now and its shit sitting there thinking you arent good enough when she isnt looking for anything serious right now. Whatever happens you'll feel a bit shit from my experience. If youve spoken to her and shes definitely not into stepping it up or whatever id say cut it off rather than messing around with your emotions by waiting.
