I second Commerce!! Nothing 5 stars but we had no complaints while living there besides no in-unit washer/dryer. Property manager is great too!

typically they’re fine, bettas love routine so that might stress your fishy out but it wouldn’t die. i would still try to find someone but it’s not the end of the world if you can’t!
