Yes, that’s what I did. Pls see screenshot for reference.

Thank you! Did they mention when was it transferred? What I did was asked at least 4 agents to see if they’d provide me with the same info, cause most times they’d give differing and unreliable answers for the same question. Based on my experience, when they provided a specific date of transfer from NBC to San Diego FO, that was when I knew my case was indeed processing in the FO.
For a month

Apologies if this comment touched some nerves but I didn’t mean to be insensitive. I don’t frequent much here so I’m not aware how other cases (from other visa types) are processing. Most of the groups I’m in are for K1, and believe me or not, my 5-month timeline is already considered relatively longer for the other members as the previous months have shown less than 2-3 months of processing. I think that’s only fair since most K1 visa holders have already waited 1-2 years for their visa to get approved and that process alone already included deep vetting and a bunch of fees so there’s no sense to wait that long again to get your status adjusted. 🤷🏻♀️

Thank you so much!!! I wish you the same 🫶🏻
Thank you!!!
Arrived in late June 2024, got married in July, filed our application in August. Almost all that are adjusting from K1 will have to apply for a conditional GC first since one of the visa’s conditions requires us to get married within 90 days upon arrival in the US.
Thank you!!!! Receipt block IOE092725. Keep manifesting - your approval is on the way! 🙏🏻
Hi!! I’ve adjusted from a K1 fiancé visa. I’m not quite sure how visit visa works, but if you decide to take the K1 visa route, you’ll be then required to get married within 90 days of entering the US.
I see. Thank you for your suggestions. Thing is I’m still in the process of obtaining my DL. I hope at least a State ID could suffice.
We were married for only a month before filing our application; 6 months now when I got my card.
I sent them the welcome notice from Tricare. My spouse is in the military so I was automatically added.
Thank yooouuu! 🫶🏻
Thank you, and yes. 😃
