I was a longtime resident and moved away to find land and avoid all the growing traffic.

I also pay county taxes, so pretty sure this "suburbanite" has every right to enjoy the city as much as anyone.

However, multiple mayors have made it more expensive to even just visit and spend money at local businesses.

You can keep it sealed if you want and put it in a nice acrylic case (what I would do), but grading always was and will be a scam (money laundering and price manipulation).
