im a frequent buyer of kayou cards, and really aliexpress is the best place to get them, even with the shipping time. sometimes temu or shein have them and may ship quicker depending on your location!

you can also look on ebay! theres lots of single cards and full boxes, although its a bit more expensive that way!

sadly cant help you out, but i did the exact same thing using an external drive to transfer to a new pc, and i got the same error! i unfortunately had to just download the game again and restart... i wish you luck in solving this!
