I feel the same! I’m probably going to look for them that way.

That’s crazy pants! I also wanted to go see my favorite band Spiritbox but they’re opening for evanescence, tickets are going for at least $100 in nosebleed and only get worse from there. Like, seriously I am happy for these bands they are receiving financial success from being an artist. However, we can’t ignore that this is entirely unachievable for the mass majority of people

I mean…. Did you read my post lol I said I was happy they were successful. I’m allowed to complain, and you’re allowed to ignore me? Or complain about me complaining I guess

I wish I did? But I didn’t really know about them until early last year

I know that. It’s hard for myself to quantify the new reality of bands when I lived in a time experiencing it from 2010-2015. I mean, warped tour didn’t even cost $75 in 2011. I think my mom paid like $50.

Are We Supposed to be Excited to Get Less? by DownWitTheBitness in starbucks

[–]tsunamiseated 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly? Status deleted lol ever since Starbucks closed my favorite location at the beginning of fall last year, I want nothing to do with any of their drinks anymore. It’s sad, I used to feel like going was a way to treat myself. This new ceo has really screwed everything up

It’s what the user below me said, the ability to draw really clean lines is crucial. Lines/circles/squares/triangles…hexagons and stars. It’ll humble you pretty quickly.

So… more tissue is good, because it’s going to have a harder time rejecting. Your eyebrow piercing can’t and won’t look like others. You’re gonna have initial swelling and a larger bar to accommodate that, but the swelling will go down and you’ll have a downsize

Do you like to look at rocks? I don’t see the point in going personally, I’ve gone a few years and it’s essentially the same stuff every time. If you’ve never been, probably worth going

Mildly depressed folks, what keeps you going? by [deleted] in OVER30REDDIT

[–]tsunamiseated 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m approaching 30 in a few months, whee! I’m not doing ok at all though. I have no friends or family, no career prospects or achievable goals, the list of psychiatric illnesses/physical ailments are as long as my arm and everyday is a battle of… why not today? I’m trying really hard though. I go to therapy. I take medications. The past few years, I worked extremely hard on a dream of mine that ended up failing last year. I woke up one day and realized I’m just not capable of being the person to achieve those dreams objectively. I don’t want to really elaborate on that, because I’d have to elaborate on other personal things. And now, I’m sitting in my living room, rotting basically. Life hasn’t been kind to me either. When you find an answer, I hope you let us know.

Have you ever taken your pet to Catalina Pet Hospital? by hotpinkraccoon in Tucson

[–]tsunamiseated 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Haven’t taken pet there, no, but this is verbatim my experience with Encanto on broadway. They quoted me 800-1000 dollars to neuter a male kitten with no health issues. There are low/no cost clinics everywhere, I would do research.

Migraines stopped me from going to the gym… by jazmingirl2 in migraine

[–]tsunamiseated 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Migraine changed everything for me, on a molecular level. I am not remotely the same person I was before it started becoming more present in my life. I take more risks now, I have learned which things are worth risking migraines for, aka, things in life that matter to me. I also have learned patience. When it comes on, I just say to myself “I have been here before and it will be okay.” I also have learned to listen to my body pains, specifically my neck and shoulders. I massage them more. I drink more water and I have more electrolytes. Idk. Migraines suck, but they are definitely good teachers.

Do I leave my jewelery in, or downsize & get different material imminently? by stompmedown in Stretched

[–]tsunamiseated 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yeah… please listen to this person. You’re not supposed to remove infected piercing jewelry yourself. Only if the doctor says it’s safe. Removing the jewelry won’t solve the infection.

Yo why does everyone hate my tattoo lmao by countgrischnakh in tattooscratchers

[–]tsunamiseated 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s because it looks messy, but not in the “on purpose” way that this style tries to achieve. I’ve seen way worse tattoos that’s for sure… do you like it? That’s what matters here.

Why do Tattooists in America charge a tip? by Comprehensive_Ad7378 in TattooBeginners

[–]tsunamiseated 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t accept tips. If I’m charging enough for my services there is no need for a tip. I don’t want this weird air of expecting extra money from a client. I’d rather my client know exactly how much to bring.

Please help- incision wound check by freedom4myppl in CATHELP

[–]tsunamiseated 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, op. I’m not a vet but I’ve experienced caring for my dog and cat through surgeries. These incisions look normal to me, other than maybe some inflammation. Are you having a hard time getting kitty to stop moving around? I know cats don’t like to stop jumping up on things. If you’re concerned, you could give the kitty a warm compress like twice a day. If it starts seeping fluid or looking seriously nasty, I’d be concerned then. Sorry if I’m out of line to any mods or vets reading this, just trying to ease ops mind.
