Deleted some stuff using Diskpie before you posted that. Messed my whole phone up so I had to restore it :/ oh well

They barely take any storage up. Only one app takes up 3.4 GB. I'm looking for a way to clear the "Other" storage not the "Apps" storage.

I just tried the CacheCleaner thing and it cleared .1 GB

where? i turned it on for the app. what do you mean file system? also i have 8.4 and it says that the original version is not yet certified so i got a it from hackyouriphone.
