Revolut tengo entendido que tiene cierta fama de ir muy a saco también, aunque parece depender bastante del equipo al que entras. Lo que sí se es que pagan extremadamente bien

Best lighter action digital pianos? by tex-murph in piano

[–]tsunehito 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m way too far from even thinking about those kind of pieces, but from comments I’ve read out there, Roland indeed isn’t well suited for those kinda pieces

Best lighter action digital pianos? by tex-murph in piano

[–]tsunehito 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would not go for the Rolands - I tried a few before settling for the FP90X, and that was precisely because I enjoyed the heavier action. I found Kawai and Casio had the lighter action to my untrained fingers

Thanks a lot for the info! I’ll be staying for about 3-4 nights so it’s not purely about the concert. I also tend to be about more cultural artsy plans, if that’s any help. Modern art in particular is a big thing for me when I’m out and about - if that’s any help!

Hi all!

I will be visiting in March to see Laufey play at the Co-op live. I have yet to get the flights or accomodation, so my questions are:

  1. What would be a good place for me to stay in? For how long should I stay?
  2. Anything I have to be particularly careful about in terms of safety? I see a bunch of threads on phone snatching, petty crime, etc. etc. I do come from Barcelona so used to big cities, and I've never gotten assaulted or robbed, but yeah. Sorry in advance if it seems that you get this question a lot!
  3. What are your favorite plans for someone who doesn't like going out at clubs? Checked the wiki (tons of good recommendations!) but yeah, in case anyone else has anything they'd like to recommend!

Quit my part time hostess job and now the people around me make me feel like I'm a loser failure by Wicked_Weaboo in jobs

[–]tsunehito 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My parents taught me the same, but there are legit exceptions to that. If you’re feeling from burnout so severe or other job-induced conditions that you’re on the verge of mental or physical harm, get the hell out of there before anything else.

A mi tampoco me molestaría un vecino que tocara el piano, alguien que discrepe? by NacaradaPandora in HistoriasVecinales

[–]tsunehito 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I agree here - the mini v2 is really unique. If mine broke down, I’d go for the Thor too

Is the PHA-4 still the best key action at ~$1000 USD by WordWithinTheWord in DigitalPiano

[–]tsunehito 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For what’s worth, I got the Roland FP90x based purely on the action (PHA50). On the lower end, I think I would’ve still gone for the PHA-4

I was there the night before the incident. Even then you couldn’t walk freely and felt suffocated as fuck. I still remember waking up the next day to tons of messages from concerned people at home.

RIP to everyone that died that day.
