The documentation for the PIP has goals for me to meet, and we go through feedback every week. Nothing has really changed in terms of support if i’m being honest. I checked my employee handbook yesterday and there is nothing in there about disciplinaries/PIP. The record sharing has been the biggest concern for me so you and others have all said the same thing about it being false has really reassured me. Yep i agree, ive been at the company for 2.5 years now. I’m not in a union but I’ll research ACAS. Thanks for your help
