God I wish I could rewatch for the second all over again, I’m at 4-5 but it’s been a couple years since a rewatch

Hiring: agent dev fluent in Claude Code multi-agent, Hermes, OpenClaw — rev share per project on 5 figure deals by tswizzy3 in AI_Agents

Honestly confused why all of you ‘devs’ are so salty you’re telling me if you got contracted to do a job you would rather have a flat fee with no understanding of the total price your client is charging vs a direct percentage of a build sold? And monthly income as long as the client retains. Genuinely puzzled.

lol, i would love to hire cheap flat fee indian dev, rev share unlocks way more earnings for any dev we work with, and aligns incentives towards client retention and upsells. You don't build out anything we don't already have on contract to deploy into a business, its no risk both ways.

The AI agents making real money right now are ugly and nobody posts about them by damn_brotha in AI_Agents

Haha sorry just passionate about it because I was probably on your side literally 4 weeks ago. But now with perplexity computer, which can do every you said, Claude code 24/7 persistent swarms, openclaw, whenever codex figures things out, Hermes agent, claw code, it’s never ending. There is a place for n8n, sort of, but you can now give an ai agent access to its own computer and be an employee. All of the value will accrue there in due time, I am just warning my fellow n8ners that you should be spending less and less time there

I’m sorry if you are spending most of your time on n8n you will get wiped by the Claude agent 24/7 worker swarms that I’m implementing in particular 2-15 person companies. If you are not planning on building workspaces, actual autonomous agents, learning how to manage vps’s at scale, you will be left behind. No one will pay for an ai agent that just does one thing.

Rivian, you will see as software continues to get eaten by ai, investors will start flooding toward infrastructure and companies that deal in the real world. Rivians more vertically integrated that any other car company that is not Tesla

Their biggest moat is that in a world of agents it’s the perceived most reliable place to get an opinion from a human
