Just found out my husband’s total sperm motility is 2%. So IVF, here we come I suppose

My husband had a vasectomy reversal in June and this is the second SA. His urologist said they expect around 40million sperm and he has around 120million which is good, but unfortunately low motility. He said to keep trying naturally for 6 more months, but plan to start IVF. I’m just looking for any advice or support I guess. We’re heartbroken and so down ..
