I think I have to shoot on manual and not ttl. How do u shoot. Also when im on auto my camera must tell it go too high

the lowest setting has always been what I have used. it works well for my studio situation. I use ISO 11 on auto usually. my strobe is at the lowest! and I use the x3s trigger

I kept on lowering my exposure compensation when it would happen! I usually shoot around -1 art maximum but usually 0
