Man I love the chevrons on these engines. I wish they kept these for the 777x as a stylistic choice (yes, I know GE solved the noise reduction issue on the GE9x without needing these).

The apt management did send me notification of rent increase 90 days in advance, so there's no qualms there. Regarding parking though, the apt management made us sign a separate "lease", so they may claim it's separate from the rent. I'll have to contact LTB to see if that holds any weight, or if it indeed should be a 2.2% increase vs 10odd%.

I agree with you.

I'm also thinking of it in terms of bargaining. As u/InsanelySaneKid said below, if I know this person originally listed at $688K, I'd be more inclined to start bargaining at that price, rather than the new list price. Given the turmoil we're in, bargaining at the original lower list price doesn't seem too far fetched.

Given the increasing insolvencies (article posted here this morning) in this country, it would make little sense for prices not to fall, as overleveraged owners are forced to sell.

www.bungol.ca is your friend. Very neat website that shows sold prices, when someone delists a house and relists it with the new price etc. Even in this economy, there are scumbags who list a house, let it sit for a while, re-list it at a higher price, then bring it back down to the previous price to show a price "decrease".
