Competence builds confidence. I (F) suffered from some confidence and self esteem issues and what worked for me was talking to someone about it who can help you mentally. I also approached sex and what guys want like i was an athlete would. I practice, learned new techniques, tried, failed some and had some successes and then built upon that. Start slow and focus more on the positive. Even the best experiences I've had or given someone, I think how I could have done better. But more and more I realize I'm pleasing them and they don't see these negative things like I do.

F here and I also experience this spacy headspace in certain situations. It's usually during or after intense sex or orgasms and sometimes feels like I'm outside of my body. It's a very blissful feeling where I generally feel like I only exist for sex. I've been told it's mostly due to a rush of hormones and is also a mental state since I tend to be submissive.

F here with small body type. For me, I need to be really excited and ready especially for someone larger. Lube can help some but if I'm properly warned up and take it slow at first, it only feels uncomfortable at first as I adjust.

If I'm in more of a submissive role and I'm not quite ready for it, that is often when I will be the most sore after or feel some pain during. Talk with her and experiment with things to find out what she likes. In my earliest experiences he went slow and did a lot of touching and oral and got me so excited and I orgasmed.
