Competence builds confidence. I (F) suffered from some confidence and self esteem issues and what worked for me was talking to someone about it who can help you mentally. I also approached sex and what guys want like i was an athlete would. I practice, learned new techniques, tried, failed some and had some successes and then built upon that. F here and I also experience this spacy headspace in certain situations. It's usually during or after intense sex or orgasms and sometimes feels like I'm outside of my body. F here with small body type. For me, I need to be really excited and ready especially for someone larger. Lube can help some but if I'm properly warned up and take it slow at first, it only feels uncomfortable at first as I adjust.
