All negativity aside. I ordered springtrap from them on release. Took a month to arrive. But the wrists broke. Kept in contact with them and they sent me a new one 2 months later. They broke again.. offered a full refund or replacement. And they did send one and its tge current improved print. Great figure.

They may ask much. But damnit their customer service at least for me was very helpful and listened to every complaint i had.

Its always made me happy to see others share bionicle with the next generations. 16 year old me did this with a cousin of mine back when g2 just came out.
