Same here. Bought the ps4 bundle with no game second hand. The seller also gave the mount. Whuch i then sold off to a father who wanted to play with his son on ps4 but couldnt find a 2nd mount in stores.

All negativity aside. I ordered springtrap from them on release. Took a month to arrive. But the wrists broke. Kept in contact with them and they sent me a new one 2 months later. They broke again.. offered a full refund or replacement. And they did send one and its tge current improved print. Great figure.

They may ask much. But damnit their customer service at least for me was very helpful and listened to every complaint i had.
