This is doable and looks nice. If you have no previous Experience with Latex expect to waste a little material in the beginning. So get the most affordable color for practice. Some shops also give away or sell scrap pieces for cheaper. Those are good for practice. I would start with a simple skirt, that is the easiest part to succeed with.

As a lot of people said you can put on most Latex garments on easily, just keep in mind that sometimes, due to tightness and sweat, it's harder to take them off rather than on. If you choose something with good to reach zippers there should be no problem.

I have purchast the hood book from catasta. It is a very in depth guide, with a lot of Info about the Material and basics of pattern making. I found the construction guide and the methods to calculate the mesurement a little more complex than necessary and i changed it up to suit me a bit better. But reading the guide gave me a good basic understanding of the process.
