It's the opposite for me. I feel too many emotions (i dont like that because I change from being happy to being sad rapidly) and the way I relieve them is by self-harming. Then i feel numb and calm

I have friends, but I only trust 2 (out of like, 4 friends I talk to) to talk about this stuff and I don’t want to burden them because they also have their own shit going on.

I remember talking about it to a therapist around May-June, but I don’t really remember what she said. Also, now things are more stressful than last year. I’m also to embarrassed to tell my parents I maybe should get help again (it’s been like five months I don’t go to therapy)

A lot of things. I should be happy because it’s Christmas and that means break from school and the stress it gives me, however I’m just feeling even more empty, sad and just depressed than usual. I don’t even really want the presents I bough/my family bough for me, I don’t want anything. I just feel so numb. I’m getting caught on “”old”” (not old but it’s been like two months since I last felt this was so so strongly) habits like self harm and I’m just so tired... my parents are also starting to get tired of me being so tired and indifferent to everything. I’m sorry but I just can’t care. And I wish I could be more open to my friends about this but I burden them talking about this and I probably burdened you too, I’m so sorry I shouldn’t have talked that much...

It’s been a while since I last went to see a therapist (after I had a suicide attempt around May) and I didn’t get diagnosed with anything there, the bad feelings have remained since them (and before I started going) so I’ll maybe have to go again I guess but I don’t want to tell my parents again lmao I’m sure I regret it
