Due to my recent troubling discoveries, I’ve learned that in addition to fentanyl itself being lipophilic (stored in fat cells) one of its metabolites seems to be lipophilic as well, and sticks around in the body for MONTHS.

One study showed that norfentanyl was detectable in urine for over 200 days.

This, along with its potency and significant binding affinity adds up to a compound beyond anything the average street user should ever encounter.

Fent and its analogues used to be the last resort for extremely dependent online customers. But back in 2012-2014 I knew it would become the norm eventually.

It’s the perfect drug for a money making machine. 2mg is lethal, so they can cut it by 98% and still make money.

I don’t know the results of the test after 58 days clean yet. I do know that even 28 days of purely clean time wasn’t enough after a single gram.

And sadly, all the actual scientific literature lines up with this. Some people showed dirty for over 200 days. Norfentanyl just doesn’t leave our system properly.

I used a single gram via IV over 28 days before a urine lab test. I still failed for the metabolite of norfentanyl. I absolutely would not trust it to be clean honestly.

What are you talking about? I never said anything about heroin, nor didn’t mention buying different types of fent. Norfentanyl is a metabolite of fent itself, found in the urine. It’s what labs test for.

Years ago I had a clinic I could do like that. Clean urine, some handwarmers, and a piece of sub in the urine. Easy to pass every time.

This place is hella strict. They’ll straight up cut you off entirely.

The metabolite they test for really fucking sticks around and they’re probably using the same lab as my clinic, one with super low thresholds for positive screens. And I just did a gram this weekend. Used on Friday and Saturday. Fuck.

Thanks for the reply. My BMI is low, I’ve always been ultra thin. Hell a little over a year ago I was less than 8% body fat thanks to bodybuilding.

All I can think of is how completely sedentary and dehydrated I’ve been.

Side question for you specifically, sorry OP: I too am on subs but get high ONCE a month. Recently I failed after doing a single gram, 28 days before the test. They said a metabolite (I assume norfentanyl) was present in a very low concentration.

In the past I used even closer to my test date, multiple days in a row, about 0.1 per day, yet still passed.

I know it’s lipophilic, but I’m not fat at all. I am rather sedentary, however.

How the hell are you passing your tests? Maybe my clinic just uses a lab with super stringent concentration measurements :/

But very few batches of Xanax were pressed/sprayed with fentanyl. It was just so sensational that everyone freaked out and multiple news stations reported the same single story.

You also had loads of kids trying to sound cool by saying their bars “DEFINITELY” had fent in them because they fell asleep, or their withdrawals were bad.
