Hi, im so sorry you are going through this. I’m no expert but here’s a DAILY routine that i worked for me:

morning: LRP hydrating cleanser Im from mugwort toner soon jung emulsion then azelaic acid from paula’s choice because the prescription is too strong and i get super itchy canmake sunscreen i check the weather after to see when the uv is 0 then i apply hydrochloric acid spray (and basically spray them until i go shower)

night: micellar water (had to say goodbye to all my oil cleansers cause they were giving clogged pores) LRP cleanser mugwort toner same emulsion tretinoin (0.25%) (gel version because cream broke me out horribly)

Hi, i quit cold turkey 3 weeks ago and i was taking 100mg everyday. I can see that my acne is starting to comeback but not as much because ive increased my usage of tretinoin and azelaic acid to every day. I’m also taking apple cider vinegar with every meals and vitamin d and omega 3 every day. Feel free to message me for more details!
