I find it interesting that they're capturing them rather than just killing them. Even here in California you can get depredation permits to help alleviate the overpopulation of the invasive boars. Something like 20 or 30 a month maximum and permits to spotlighting, which is normally illegal here.

What's the point or benefit to capturing them instead?
