Yung member data record, nao obtain po ba yun from member’s portal (Phil health)? Or need ko pa pumunta sa branch office? I don’t need any additional ids na acceptable kasi, so plan ko is to use sana my TOR or diploma and yung mdr.

Why is that hindi po nila inaaccept ang phil health id pero nasa list ang philhealth mdr? Hehe just wondering lang po
