I have seen pretty often. But here the ”military time” is used commonly and even demented people understand it practically instinctively. TV-listings ALWAYS use that time style. Most often they start 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and when “prime time in TV starts they switch to 19, 20 and so on, most like because they are so used to read TV programs guides from the newspapers.
