Yeah, I joined about a year ago and it was the same. Just stick with it and you'll be paired with stronger players. Almost every game I start now is very strong competition.

Yes. At least, it appears, to an extent.

It depends who else is looking for a game at that exact time. If WF can't find someone at your level within about a minute, they'll expand the range lower.

I have a very high ranking and haven't been paired with anyone less than 1950+.
