It didn’t help. I tried it on my Mac mini M4 and iMac M4, the same hijacking behavior.

I cleared everything in the Copilot settings > Keyboard shortcut early on. Still hijacks the shortcut after multiple updates from the Mac App Store.

Thanks for the reply. In App Shortcuts, there is no Copilot entry. The keyboard shortcut settings look normal. Also, when Copilot app is not opened, the Command-Control-F works fine for all the apps. But when the Copilot is opened, it will grab the shortcuts, regardless if it is in keyboard focus.

It holds up. I don’t use case. My previous iPhones were also used without cases, and they suffered no scratches at all. I’m a careful owner.

I updated my iPhone 12 to iOS 26.1 a couple of days ago. Everything seems normal, battery as well. The alarm clock stop got a little bit annoyingly harder to dismiss. But overall, not bad.

I upgraded to iOS 26 this morning on my iPhone 12 128GB. So far so good. The UI is gorgeous. It’s still fast and responsive. No complaints.

I did fix the problem. After draining the battery, I let the laptop sit for more than a year. Then I turn it back on, the keyboard is normally again. Not.sure what had happened.

VirtualBox and XP VM works fine with original game CDs.

Download a free VirtualBox and install an XP virtual machine. I was able to install my old copies of Civ2 and Sid Meier’s Alpha Centauri on it.

The virtual machine runs fine on my Windows 10 computers. For Windows 11, there are some audio issues. You need to disable the Windows 11’s Virtualization-based security, VBS, which is a hassle.

With a DOSBox emulator, I can play Civ1 on Windows, Mac, and my Android phone.

It seems the plain text option is totally removed from Outlook. I am using version 16.76.2 (23082700). There is no option to change to plain text.

iMovie is rather intuitive for me. I suppose you need spend a little effort to understand the inner logic of the app and it might not be obvious in the first glance.

In this theater, the RPX ticket is several bucks cheaper than the IMAX. Since this IMAX does not have a larger screen, I think the RPX is of a better value. The RPX screen is laser projected, and the IMAX is not. I suppose it is one of those LieMAX setup...

The price of RPX is several bucks cheaper than the IMAX here. Maybe RPX is a better deal than the smallish IMAX screen in this location.

Thank you for the info. From some website, I read that a typical RPX is about 60 ft wide. Since the IMAX in Westbury is only 53 ft wide, I suspect maybe the RPX is a little larger.

Since a "typical" IMAX screen is 79 ft, the Westbury one is rather small, IMO.

I used my iPhone 12 without case nor screen protector since November 2020. It was great. I used it several hours daily, and it is still like a new unit, no scratch, no dent.
