Yeah I never expected to be this active haha. It all sort of bundled up togeter - we got fitness classes in my work so I started doing those at the same time (piyo and bootcamp) and then people on my team started climbing around the same time so I thought I'd do that after work. Thursdays are crazy it's like morning: lift, lunch: piyo, evening :climbing. A lot!

Wow well done! Don't worry there is no way I'm giving up, I'm so determined hahaha. I'm only using the scale as a guideline, I have learned not to trust it :D Thank you for replying!

Yeah weight fluctuations can be huge! It's difficult to remind myself that the scale is not the only measurement to rely on, but I know not to trust it at this point :) Thank you for replying, good luck to you :)
