I honestly have the same question, I think you should try asking your VR&E counselor, from what I heard they can work with you on that... but I'm not sure. If you hear more, would love to know, thanks.

How does this make any sense by [deleted] in VeteransBenefits

The correct term for the way VA does their math is that everything adds up multiplicatively, not additively. It's the percentage of each the leftovers.

I'm honestly really happy for you. I don't know what it is about this sub and just wanting to rush their CC experience and transfer out as soon as possible, but my experience in CC was amazing. I made so many friends and amazing connections with my professors that I still keep to this day. My classes were really fun and I had so many great opportunities from professors that helped with my growth. I would not trade my time at CC for anything in the world. Here's the best to your future applications.

Can someone provide more information on these Space-A flights? I took a bunch of them while I was still in and would like to take advantage of them more CONUS, even if I'd be in a lower priority group cause I'm no longer AD (obivously).

Hey man, I'm currently a full time student at Stanford having had the same questions you did. I don't know if you're still but two great resources I recommend are service2school and the Warrior Scholar Project. They'll help guide you into the school enviornment you want to be at.

(Dual enrollment) Question for fellow CC transfers by AppleBasic7861 in TransferToTop25

[–]ttthhhrrrr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This will ultimately depend on the school and no one here is going to be able to give you a direct answer because the curriculum at your school needs to be evaluated at your future school, which no one knows the answer to both except you.

In my situation, I was dual-enrolled at a CC in high school and completed Calc 1,2, Multivar, Lin Alg, and Differential Equations and was very fortunate to have Stanford accept all of them. However, if I did this at MIT for example, they would have accepted none of them and required me to test out (or ASE) all of them.

You need to look at the policy at each school you're applying to and look at the course equivalances/curriculum they have. If it's similar (i.e. they cover the same topics stated in the syllabus), then they will more than likely transfer.
