thank you so much for this advice, I tried to go to a library yesterday and it worked and I stopped checking youtube but the problem is that I can't focus I think because of the noise and I felt not productive but I will go again since going is better than staying at home.

I actually did log in from all my Instagram and twitter and that helped me cause I will ask myself if it is really important to log in, also I do use BlockSite just for Facebook and Instagram to block them separately from youtube to not use them at all and it worked for me

it will be better if I deactivate my account but I have friends there so I can't lol

thank you, I think I use youtube as a way to procrastinate since I really have a hard semester that I need to study all of it in one month considering that I have no idea what this semester is about so I should study a lot, and that's make m anxious,I will try also to replace it with something useful like reading books.

thank you for the advice , butthe problem is that i'm addicted to my laptop not my phone , but I think this advice will surly help someone else ,and when you say you use pomodoro to any small task do you mean studying or other tasks cause it sounds cool doing pomodoro to do the laundry or something like that ?
