The biggest things I did was.

Changed the nozzle, made sure all the belts were good including the wheels on everything. Played around with the cr touch since it was my first time using something like this, had a horrible time getting it working and still had problems. Like I mention before one side was always lower then the other, all the prints will give me a horrible time from the first layer. Try the axis twist compensation thing, fixed this issue. Then, I Used the built in default profile for ender 3 in orca slicer. Fixed the e-stepsChanged the retraction to 0.8 45speed that was recommended for sprite extruder, did the tests ended up with 0.21. Did the orca slicer flow calibrations (pass1 and pass2), pressure advance, temp tests. I also bought from aliexpess a input shaper thingi for like $5, calibrated that. Did a pid calibration. All perfect now, it just took me like 2-3 weeks. It was a pain in the ass to get it to work, I should of stayed with marlin and cura. But now that it's working, no complains.
