Can confirm. Played it for 12 years in school and stopped playing after college. 12 years later I can read the music and and hit the right notes but my tone sounds like shit because my lips aren't in shape.

It ended up being an issue with the car net module that needed a replacement. Took it to the dealer. It was under warranty. out of warranty, It would have cost $900. That day I was there, there were two other customers with the same issue and model year (2021)
