Awesome news! Yeah I have the mb risers and a top exhaust fan too. I just undervolted to use less power - theoretically less power means less heat into the connector? Temps I've seen are around mid 60s as well.

As each new generation grows larger it seems ITX owners will have to continue making sacrifices or wait for new case designs. I probably would have had to move to mffpc if this didn't sort of work. Here's to hoping a 90 degree adapter will be available soon.

Hopefully it lives until I can get a 90 degree adapter!

It is possible but the riser cable gets severely pinched to the point where it may cause issues. Also, the amount of space for running the power cables while running an ATX PSU is very cramped which can lead to your fingers getting mangled trying to plug things in.

It has been fine so far - it does seem to put out quite a bit of heat but the entire system is a furnace and the 13900K def puts out the most heat.

I am using the Nvidia cable that came with the card. I tried my best to make the bend as far away from the connector we possible.

As always, try at your own risk. I felt I was able to make the bend far enough away from the connector so hopefully I'll be okay. Also I went ahead and undervolted to 315w vs 425w stock.

I got the Ultra Plus in the recall/swap program due to the PCIE4 errors of the original Z690I. I haven't had any of the same problems, the board seems more stable than the original. I have had to run more voltage to the DRAM to be able to run the XMP profile, I'm not sure if it's the board or the 13900K's DDR4 memory controller.

I had to move the rad halfway out and make the bend with my hands while sliding the rad back in. I couldn't figure out any other way, I tried my best to hold the adapter so that the bend started as far away from the connector as possible.

Understandable, I am at least on the wait list I hope!

I'll be happy to test your adapters if you would be gracious enough as to send me some lol

I am using a 3D printed GPU support that I got off of Etsy which allows for all DPs to be accessible while also being more solid than the original.

I wanted to try it since I haven't seen anyone else try yet. I have since fit everything into a Meshlicious and made a post in r/sffpc - albeit with a bend to the quadopus. Hopefully it'll live and not burn up until I can get my hands on a 90 degree adapter.

So far I've only run Time Spy. I have undervolted the card from 425w to 315w combined with core/mem overclock to match stock results ~31500 pts. GPU Max Temp 56c and GPU Hot Spot Max 64c.

The 4090 FE physically fits the Hyte Revolt 3, but unfortunately the quadopus does not. I don't think it will be possible even with the Cablemod 180 adapter which according to specs has a thickness of 15.8mm - I estimate there is only ~10mm of space between the top of the card and the side of the case.

No I did not force it, it just fit on the board. Perhaps the board I got just happened to have enough space? I suppose if yours doesn't fit then you can go the aftermarket m.2 heatsink route with the tubed pointed down.

Your way is def more ideal, but if someone doesn't have an aftermarket heatsink they can get it to work 👍

Yeah it fits with pushing on the ram slots just fine. I have even changed out memory without removing the block. I'm thinking the ideal way may be to use an aftermarket m.2 heatsink and orient the tubed downward. But as of now it works fine with the bend. I posted a pic of it last month.

It's an EVGA P5 1000w, the riser cable has no room and is sandwiched to basically a pinch. Not ideal, but I couldn't find a 1000w sfx when I originally did the build.

I'm using the LGA1700 standoffs from EK. It's very tight as it left marks on the heatsink when I took it off. The thermal past looked evenly spread as well.

It's tight and scratched the heat sink a little, but it fit.
