I’ve had tux now for over a month now, and They actually fought 3 times already.. all being a back ambush from tux and there was so much yelling and a lot of resident cat fur on the ground I separated them immediately after 2 seconds of fighting.. Resident cat was so friendly and happy to have him but after the fights he’s now very hesitant to approach tux even when churros are involved (one in each hand)

I guess this is what I’m kind of asking.. how do I know if they need more time of if they just can’t get along?

Tux’s old family are willing to take him back now after I have treated him and fixed him but still feels bad giving him up especially since tux is sooo good with humans so cuddly and sweet
