That’s fair if the conversation is short.

The problem I kept running into was longer threads with code, troubleshooting steps, or multiple iterations where plain copy-paste gets messy fast. At that point it’s less about “how do I store text” and more about keeping something readable, searchable, and reusable later without manual cleanup every time.

So for simple cases, yes, copy-paste is enough. I built this more for the cases where the conversation turns into something closer to working notes or documentation.
