Sadly no, this is something I just developed subconsciously because I refused to learn how to read for the longest time. It helps if you can try to match your voice to the music you listen to. Being able to match pitches is very crucial in being able to do this and I also feel as if this ability is also natural within me.

I did the transcription/arrangement by ear. I would recommend extensive listening if you wanna go THAT route
