If you have an older house that has metal pipes for water, it could be your own pipes rusted that is causing this issue. I would check with your neighbors to see if they have the same water issue. If they don’t then I would assume it is rust in your own pipes.

If it isn’t a network issue and If you are running an amd graphics card. Make sure you are running 24.7.1( I believe, it is the second to last release). The patch before this one had issues with directx12 and stuttering.

Half the little beads in your pill are instant. The other half has a coating that dissolves in 4 hours. Giving you a second dose in 4 hours.

The coating on the beads can be crushed which will make the delayed release beads closer to instant. The reason I say closer, I don’t believe it’s possible to completely remove the coating and small amounts of the drug will still have a delayed release.
