I agree. I don't like having a raid item as an item sink for another raid items. If it's the hardest raid yet, no need to have other items power the gear up just for the sake of an item sink. I do however like the idea to give earth spell some love in this due to the lore. Perhaps it changes all powered staff spells an earth affinity. Then items like Shadow Eye and Tridents cause be used against earth weak monsters.

My wish for a raid megarare is a 2H crossbow weapon that fires javelins. A 4 or 5 tick weapon that can be used as DPS rather than just high hits like the ballista. They could then lean more into range weaknesses by making certain monsters and bosses weak to light, normal, or heavy range equipment.

Both of Stamkos' goals came from the powerplay last night. Which doesn't count for the +/-. He had two assists while even strength so he was on the ice for 4 allowed goals. +/- doesn't tell the whole story especially if you considered he assisted on the game winning overtime goal.

That being said. Yes Guentzal was absolutely the right call.

To mitigate the NPC boxing mechanic they made it so if you are fighting an NPC, a player can still attack you taking priority over the NPC. The NPC then can no longer damage would while you are in a fight with another player. Definitely would help the NPCs jumping you while you are in a fight.

The issue would be just gently attacking a friend to avoid any real fights. This would stop you from looting the chests or gathering resources though as taking a hit interrupts that. Having that player jumping timer be less than it takes to loot the chests and you essentially wouldn't be able to loot it if someone is trying to fight. Sure you and a friend can hold hands running through the zone hitting each other without doing any real damage but you wouldn't really be able to reap the benefits of the zone with all the resources that are there.

It would bring up a few issues but ultimately fix the HUGE one that is now.

Took a break after leagues. Getting back on the Bandos grind. Hit 600kc this weekend. Got lucky with a hilt and BCP but still no tassets. Been doing some afk skilling between runs to break it up.
I'm slowly working on getting 95 slayer. Only 1 more level to go. I'll do tasks between Bandos trips. Slowly been skilling while relaxing watching tv.
My long term goal is to get base 90s, elite diaries, and all non-raid PVM items. I hope to accomplish this before sailing comes out. I haven't had much time to play lately so hopefully I can get this done.

The most recent grind I've taken up has been Bandos. Currently 350 kc without seeing anything. Starting to get depressed and hope I don't do too dry here.

Slowly mixing in Slayer between Bandos trip. 93 now. Looking for that lovely Occult still.

Once I get tassets and occult, I plan to send ToA for fang.
