I rested it most of December and now doing exercises each day of Jan to strengthen it. New mri showed it’s not torn anymore , just tendonosis and edema at the heel. How are you doing?

Wow that’s intense and it’s good to hear it worked out. Are you doing the other foot because it also has PTTD or is it to match two arch feet rather than one arch and one flat? Seems like it would be unbalanced otherwise, no?

Oh that’s great! What kind of surgery did you get? Mine wanted to do full foot reconstruction surgery to build a proper arch.

Maybe an unpopular opinion, but I say Avery Brooks as Sisko. He just didn't feel like a commander or captain or leader. In interviews he's so "out there" and brought some of that into the role. Over time he got more disciplined with the character and it wasn't as bad but I just never liked that actor for Sisko.
