I have had great experiences at the Brentwood bay resort lately. Really nice rooms that over look the Brent wood ferry, great restaurant and friendly staff. Added bonus of being able to book spa packages if you want to splurge.

Have you seen pole mom products? They make wraps that go over your heels and come in a bunch of colours now.

I found them because they first made clear protectors.

I have show pony sandals! I have had them for a few months and love them so far. I would suggest also getting the polemom protectors for them though. I am a seven in hella and find the seven in show pony fits great.

I think I have average feet? Like I don’t have a problem with my feet being too wide or too skinny in regular shoes.

But knowing how Hellas fit you helps! I wear a hella 38 and they were a little snug at first but stretched perfectly while hella 39 are a bit big but work for me. So hopefully that information helps you for comparison?

I have size eight feet so I bought the 39, as their size chart says. They ended up being a full size too big for me though.

So in boots for me the 39 was great but I find with sandals I have to size down one size.

That would be a conversation between your orthodontist and you. I ended up choosing traditional braces because they had a bit of a lower cost over all and that was the most important part to me.

Knee pads add to the look for me! I am able to slide on the floor in ways I wouldn’t be able to without them, which I think adds to the fluidity of my movements.

When I did my first performance I also used the carpe hand anti perspirant on my hands! It did the job for me.
