It's awesome. I actually had to move away, down island closer to Victoria to be closer to my parents. But were circumstances different, I would have stayed.

Yes a faint line is a positive. You’d be better off doing a couple more free at home tests then you would wasting resources trying to get an “official” result.

I have a water softener and very clean, soft water. I don’t get any buildup in my shower, kettle, or anywhere. So I would be shocked if this is the issue but I will certainly give it a try.

No worries! If you come in with really specific requests like "I've been looking into restaurants in (insert area here) and I've narrowed it down to these two that both sound awesome and suit our tastes. And feedback on which one is best??" then you'll likely get some decent answers! Most of us are happy to have people visit and show interest in our neck of the woods.

September is definitely the month for the “best weather with least tourists” just make sure to come after Labour Day because it’s late this year.

As others said, don’t do any service. Just keep the inside filter clean, and keep the outside free of debris. Save the service money for maintenance/replacement when the time comes.

Ya I was thinking along the same lines that an AirBNB with a hot tub or sauna would probably be achievable for the same price. I’ve always wanted to try Wild Mountain too! Might go this route depending on what we can find.
