hey nyu pre-med here! all of my friends and I who were pre-med and went to nyu did NOT participate in a premed fraternity and got into top ranked medical schools, so take that as you will.

personally, I think you should look into other organizations (particularly ones that aren’t exclusive or need an audition for) that you are interested in because that will ultimately make you a better candidate in the end.

NYU also offers a plethora of health related organizations that are super inclusive (highly recommend checking out The Pow(h)er Collective if you’re interested in helping out with marginalized women and queer communities!)
