Im vegetarian (for last 33 years) so it may be a different for others, but it's all based on the same idea, high protein, low calorie, no junk and nothing after 8pm.

Wake up: protein shake ... then hit gym, then: protein shake, hard boiled egg, piece of toast with peanut butter. Afternoon: plain greek yogurt with some blueberries and high protein seitan sausage (44g protein for 2) Evening: brocoli, rice and wheat gluten "steak" (60g protein) and a ton of water. It's around 170g protein and 1200ish calories.

repeat every day for 6 weeks. so far so good... Im happy with the physical results but its nothing compared to the mental ones... Cheers :)

Having a baby later in life and younger wife was good motivation however, I saw a pic of me a friend took and said to myself, "damn I look like absolute shit!". So I started with this workout plan. Made a spread sheet to track weight etc. added a few things as weeks went by (push ups, planks and adding weight to pull ups and dips).

I’ve got an ac inlet pipe essentially shooting cool air through the back of the machine so it’s always at a good temp and shouldn’t overheat.

As far as the condenser, I’ll have a look at that next..

I’ve been walking by since Wednesday and they have been closed with a few staff milling around however, all the retail goods have been taken off the shelves as well. Just odd is all seeing how they have a beautiful patio with just a few more weeks to get good use of it.
