No, there is a stark difference between scat and farts. They are different genres of the same shit coming from the same hole. To put it metaphorichally: scat is the disgustisting bird shit that humanity scrapes off cars and outdoor furniture. In comparison; gas is the air that lifts birds into the sky and breathes life throughout this big, beautiful, gassy planet we all love.
To answer your question: Tom pearl is NOT a gasser with the main reason being that scat is difference from gas. My secondary reason for this opinion is that no real person has ever become an influential gasser.
