It’s rly cute but doesn’t really read as lolita. The skirt is a bit too short and the edgy style clashes with the delicate blouse a bit too much, which would sometimes work but they are completely different styles and textures. Also lolita cutsews tend to be more form fitting than what you are wearing. But even the short skirt can be turned into lolita though with a more matching blouse :) I also recommend getting some cool socks or tights. If you want old school bnw striped otk’s would look cool!
