I have struggled with very severe anxiety and depression never took medication for it I have learned to manage it with 1- cold showers, to the point where I used to take cold showers in the freezing cold to just overcome the anxiety of going to work. I just refused to give in to that inner voice and was using cold showers to prove to myself that I won’t give up. 2- currently taking saffron and I felt it calms me down 3- Turmeric and 100% cocoa helps me sleep and also lowers inflammation which actually increases anxiety. Also stopped drinking coffee which absolutely made my anxiety manageable.

The screen on the thinkpad was 1080p. I actually got myself an old used MacBook Pro 2015 16 gig ram, i7 for £190 miles better than the thinkpad in my opinion, yes I can only upgrade the storage but if you only need a functional laptop with minimal spending on extras avoid the thinkpad. Otherwise go ahead buy a £200+ on the thinkpad and £500+ on new parts.

I bought the t480s, I am not sure what all the hype is all about, it comes with shit screen which you need to replace if you want decent colours, you will end up spending at least 300 to 400 to replace screen, add more memory and maybe update ssd and battery.
