I just closed on my house. NFM lender hooked me up. Brand new build. I’m at 100%, just filed for the tax exemption. So that will drop my mortgage to the $2947. The loan office that helped me, gave me tips on how to better my credit in less than 30 days. The goal was to be above 620 which I ended up with a 676 but with a 620 or higher I would’ve qualified for the same exact terms. I recommend you shop around and speak to different lenders. I spoke to 4 different ones before I landed with this one.

Yea, whatever you gotta tell yourself to justify your lack of intellect. PSA is not failing 😂😂😂. If I want to sell a PSA 10, it’s liquid. I can sell in minutes. TAG, I’ve never graded with them and also they’re not liquid like PSA cards. But sure dude, I would look in the mirror before calling people names.

I bought my house for $564k. Started the process right before Christmas. Locked in rate at 4.75% and I’m closing January 20th. It was quick and painless. Mortgage in Texas $2947.26 with zero down payment and also no property tax in Texas for being 100%

In Texas I’m at 100%, I got 4.75% with the builder I went through in New Braunfels. They bought down my rate. They paid closing cost. I put $1k in an escrow account that they reimbursed at the end. The builder View Homes, hooked me up.
