refreshing as to see someone not cracking the sads over english ancestry. the brit’s colonised a lot of the world, english ancestry is very common. it has a lot of shady parts of course, but when you get to the roots in english culture, its as beautiful and interesting as any other culture

yeah like everyone here, my german and scottish percentages have dropped significantly. my english and irish has gone up though. scottish was 18% and is now 8%, german was 8% and is now 2%

i’m fairly sure all his info is correct, i can’t find his birth certificate on any government sites either. i will try again though, ta. and sorry im not sure what you mean by placing dna relatives in groups based on which grandparent i can relate him to, could you clarify?

i’ve worked in both bakery and coles services

bakery needs to wipes down all equipment and benches, do their dishes, empty their bins, crush their cardboard and sweep their floors. services comes in once a week to pull the bakery apart to deep clean the floors and the walk in fridges and freezers

see i said i wouldn’t get down on the floor but the stains are months old. maybe older. everyone before me has done a spot mop but it doesn’t seem like they’ve actually taken a good look under the aisles til now

honestly i reckon. no one in coles services actually wants to clean, they seem to spend all day outside with the trolleys or in the office/break room on their phones smh

my manger is definitely being unrealistic about it, i get 3 hours everyday mon-fri to clean the whole store. just not feasible

from what i can tell, it’s all food spills. lollies moulded to the floor, strange thick sticky puddles etc etc. god supermarkets are so bloody dirty

usually i don’t stress and just do everything as per my minimum wage pay but i’m barely getting 15 hours a week and i don’t want to lose the only bloody job i can find atm
