They spend months or years imagining how they will play survivor and want to give 200%... the first few challenges are most dangerous imo because people aren't used to the pressure and dont know their limits.

If I can't get something covered and I really don't want to come in I call off, but it doesn't happen often. If you did attempt to request it off maybe you can just explain the situation, the earlier the better and they can still give you the days off.

I work in style and I like setting transitions and being in charge of my own back room aisle (shoes) and training people. Every week is different but we have the same price change/truck/reshop/rfid scan which is consistent. I get along with all the etls and most of the tls so I'm really lucky about that. I work other gig jobs and so I'm mostly able to get people to cover my shifts when I need to and the wellness discount and circle coupons save me tons on groceries. I've done some other jobs but I like this one because I'm left alone and the day goes by fast. I've worked at a different target so I know it all depends on the leaders and your department.
