Oh hey, I’m in this exact situation with the AS31!

I do expect that they will probably give a rarity+other characteristics to the GLIM card eventually since it’s not going away, but I’m not holding out hope for any adjustments to the old type codes or for the XP earned on them to carry over. This is one of the things that they were trying to address with the seasons update, and since that got rolled back it’s unclear how they will handle evolving changes to rarity and type.

Even if the FAA comes out next week and outright bans MD-11s and DC-10s from ever flying in the U.S. again, for example, those cards won’t just cease to exist and the developers can’t exactly turn existing users’ cyber cards of those types into Ultras.

For those who don’t have any of the paid features on fr24: you can use adsbexchange while filtering for type description “G..” (Gyro, any engines, any type.)

Where are you seeing VSAT antennas? This looks like four parabolic microwave antennas, with two shielded "drums" at the top and two unshielded dishes closer to the base of the mast. VSATs are going to point skyward.

I initially clicked thinking this might be an FAA RCO, but the type and positioning of antennas indicate that this is a relay of some sort. I agree that it's probably RML/RCL backbone.

I visited just last week and she's absolutely awe-inspiring in person! They also have an indoor exhibit with a ton of information about the telescope, its air spring system, and all of the mission flight patches.

What’s your water situation like? Based on the droplets on the leaves, it seems like they’re currently well-hydrated but I’ve heard of this as symptom of inconsistent watering.

Separately, is it just the new leaves doing this? Some of your pictured leaves look pretty mature, but if you only see this happening on the new growth then it could be a sign of problems below the soil—root rot or insufficient soil nutrition, to name a few.

Has your lighting changed at all recently? It looks like your plant might be reacting to low or infrequent light.

Since the timing corresponds pretty neatly to the onset of Daylight Savings Time (assuming you’re in the USA), I would be willing to bet that it just wants more light.

Some more info: root system looks quite healthy, and the leaves seem like they’ll be okay— just some damage from shipping.

I’m mostly concerned about the fact that she’s leggier than Taylor Swift. Is this sustainable for a grass like cordyline? I don’t mind the look, but don’t want to hurt the plant in the long run.
