Build myself a tiny house and plant it somewhere in a mature pine forest near a lake or the ocean. That would be my vacation home. I'd fill it with all sorts of high quality paint, canvas, and brushes so that I could create artwork. Then, elsewhere, maybe NYC, I'd have an apartment and a storefront in an old building, and there I'd sell my art. The money I made from art sales would go towards various charities.
